AUGUST 8- AUGUST 14

Sunday August 8 – Gym =

30 minute circut, 15 minutes Elliptical and 20 minutes bike

Monday August 9 – Bike Ride = 45 minutes

Tuesday August 10 – Zumba Class = 1 hour + 10 minute bike ride to and 10 minute bike ride from class.

Wednesday August 11 – Bike Ride = 30 minutes w/ Bella

Thursday August 12 -Took the day off from workouts. Body needed to refresh
