Thursday – Foot feels great and my pedometer shows it.

This was great day. I met up with two friends and we went walking in a local park. The weather was awesome and everyone was out enjoying the day. From bike riders, runners, walkers and we even saw a fox.

Friday – Another great day of walking. At lunch I took 4,016 steps alone. Grand total for Friday =

Miles = 4.634

Calories Burned = 562
