Week One – May 24- May 30

M – Elliptical Machine – 45 minutes Level 2 Highest speed hit 57.

T – Off

W – 3 mile brisk walk from Penn’s Landing to the Bourse Building (5th and Market) and back to Penn’s Landing.

      – Elliptical machine – 30 Minutes Level 2 – Highest speed hit 6.0  – Distance at 2.60 miles

     – Walk 1 brisk mile with Bubba before retiring for the night

Thr – Finally remembered to wear my pedometer today! Yay – By 2pm I already clocked  7,375 steps = 3.49 miles and 195 calories burned! Check back later for total steps of the day.

Friday – Wore my pedometer again today, however, for some reason I did not clock as much time as I did on Thursday even though I felt as if I went further.

My workout for Friday constited of taking a nice brisk 3 mile walk from Penn’s Landing to the Bourse (5th and Market).

Total pedometer reading for Friday – 8,000 steps; 4.oo miles, 250 calories burned.

Saturday – Made it to the gym at 7:30 am for my workout. Elliptical 50 minutes!!!! Highest speed hit 6.7!!!! Calories burned 370!!!! It was great!!! Also had a chance to get onto to some other machines. Torso Twist – 5/10, Pull Down 5/10, Abs 5/10. It was a great day.

Sunday – Off – However I am planning to wear my pedometer and clock some xtra steps in at the Garcia Family picnic.
