Calories Burned 396.7 ( Turns out I did not have my weight added in my pedometer correctly so my calories burned are alot less in the reading below than they should be. I took care of that problem right away)
Friday June 4 – Another day of walking! Pedometer is on FIRE! I burned 900 calories today.
Saturday June 5 – Walking, gardening, walking, gardening and more walking. It’s only 9:30 am and I already clocked 4,067 steps, went 1.925 miles and burned 237 calories. I can’t wait to see what the end of my day total will be!!
The total steps equaled 12,752 steps, 6.092 miles, and burned 612 calories. Nice!
Sunday June 6 – Off, but still wore the pedometer and clocked about 9,072 steps! Not bad at all.
