Spinach Salad
1/2 c mayo, 2 tbls.honey, 2 tbls. red onion, 2 tbls. apple cider vinegar, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/2 lb bacon crumbled….stir over 1 bag spinach, with sauteed mushrooms
I had the pleasure of trying this salad over the weekend. The dressing is very good and the recipe is so easy.
